My account was suspended at Apex and I had to file an appeal with the Tos team, but after several appeals in a short period of time, I would get a reply within an hour or so that it would not be overturned.
I have filed several appeals in a short period of time and after an hour or so I would get a response that it would not be overturned.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you've already raised several disputes and they've decided to uphold the ban, then I'm afraid there's nothing more I can recommend as our terms of service team have the final say in any investigations.
