Old ps4 account email.

So when apex first came out i guess my dumb 14 year old brain thought it would be a good idea to use a different email, i have all of the proof is me, i still have apex in my Ps4 and it yells ME, so if i could just get some assistance when it comes to putting the RIGHT email on my PC that would be lovely, im actually PLAYING on the account that im trying to get help in, but everything that NEEDS editing is locked behind the 2 factor authentication, in advanced thank you so much, if it helps, my email is mailto:[edit: email address removed]

Side note, the name on my account got switched to my password, EA why is my name my password it was NOT like this when i was playing on PS4, now this is an urgent matter please help me out here.
