I bought an apex pack w 100 coins I got from the battle pass (lvl 69 Saviors) and when I opened the pack I only got 2 grey items. The third item is missing and I also got an error message but accidentally pressed A on it (Xbox S) Has anyone else have this happen to them?
It happened to me this day i opened a pack and then got an error and then my pack didn't give anything and the game count the pack as an opened pack
I think it was an heirloom pack because it didn't give anything

That third missing item from your pack(s) looks to be related to the upcoming event, apologies for the confusion.
This should be fixed now so that additional packs you open will have the correct pool of items, and once we have any further information on the missing items for folks that had already opened packs, we'll be sure to share that as well. Thanks!
