Packet loss in Ranked only on 1 account

This only happens on my one account tried playing ranked on my other account and had no problem I am on the right servers no high ping. I can not play on my main account at all the packet loss is horrible. This is happening on my Xbox and I have put so much time into this account just for me not to be able to play
