Performance overlay test Dx12 Issue/Concern

Ive been having GPU performance issues since last season 2nd split ive also gone into the firing range to test this with an overlay fps counter and testing fps lows and GPU and CPU clocks

My Specs:

GPU gaming x trio 4070

CPU 13700k undervolted because of voltage issues

Memory 2x16 ddr5 6000mhz

Motherboard MAG B760 Tomahawk Wi-Fi ddr5

This is a screenshot of the performance I was getting in firing range I also noticed that my GPU clock was higher than the intended boost clock of my GPU which is 1610 the official boost clock which I dont know if this is good for my GPU there mixed opinions on this I would like to say the GPU usage isn't good enough I'm getting. when I'm not recording the game between 50%  65 to 70% which it should be around 90% from when I was using DX11 and before this whole thing started happening on DX12 I'm also confused why my average is lower than what DX12 fps recorder is telling me shouldn't it be near or as close as the Dx12 fps counter which makes me think its almost a lie you get better performance so the game feels smoother in a way but worse fps with DX12 which doesn't help so its like a balancing effect that doesn't work which just makes the game feel sluggish id also like to say to make my game run smooth and feel smooth ive had to change some of the video config file settings and lock them in read only and its feel smooth but then my game will just crash after a while so idk why

I am also using the latest NVidia drivers so I dont know if there is still an issue with drivers

Driver version: 576.40

  • JBarnesBee In my opinion, (and many others), moving away from DX11 was a bad idea.

I understand that Respawn was wanting to only develop the game on one DX version, however its clear that DX12 isn't stable, (or well enough developed), to run Apex, as it made the game's performance worse, and I've been seeing players reporting crashes more often on the forums since DX11 was dropped.
