PERMA BAN?????

ok, im PERMA ban for ''wtf are you doing *' OK ITS TOXIC but perma ban??? yeah i know ive already be suspended before it was a looong time ago and im getting banned for that. Ive create a case to ea and they just said we looked at your case and we decided to keep your ban. First ive put money on the game its not possible to LIFE ban me and not getting my money back while i got the current battle pass. And to know that why im permanently ban for saying wtf are you doing *.  yeah blablabla maybe i said something else too but in the ban they only show me that im LIFE ban for that and i dont understand WHY . I litteraly said wtf are you doing how can that cause me for perma ban are yall kidding me.
