ping latency issue
The ping latency on home screen show 42-46ms but in-game the latency goes to 70-80ms and sometimes to 100ms

It seems to only affect certain players in East servers. Most reports I've seen are for slow-mo servers and not this one.
@Oliverck5 this started after "server fixes" which happened recently
Been having this issue for around 3 weeks now.
