ping problems, jumps up to 700, 900

Season 24 has become the worst gaming experience, as there are server problems throughout almost the entire season. While there were old servers (frankfurt, etc.), everything was not so bad, but when they switched to new ones (eu-central-1, etc.), hell broke loose. The ping in the main menu may show 50, but as soon as you enter the game, it rises to 150, then 200+, and yesterday it reached the point of absurdity, the ping jumped to 700 and 900. Apart from the sheer negativity, I don't even have anything to say, because every time I enter the game, it's constant nerves, lost games and sheer disappointment. If you think it's not so scary, well, the game is frame-by-frame, then no, it's not just frame-by-frame, it's an even better outcome. There are 4 errors at the same time, the game just stops, no sounds, no pictures are normal. I have no problems with my computer or the Internet, and I no longer know how to try to solve this problem on my own, I just give up.
