My APEX account was blocked on January 9, 2023. As soon as I woke up, I saw this message and was very helpless. I called all my APEX friends, but they were not sure why my account was banned. It has been three months now, and I have appealed more than 10 times. However, your team only sent me mechanical emails without any help. I also want to know what my account has gone through, Why is it being blocked? Instead, influential domestic broadcasters and others are doing things that are not good for the game, but you have not taken measures. I am very sad and angry now. I see that there are many Chinese netizens like me in the EA community, some of whom only get unblocked a few months or even 2 years after going through the ban.
I believe that late justice is not justice.
Don't deviate from your original intention. Your server needs to be upgraded, The anti cheating system also needs improvement. I have seen many posts about online cheating, and they have been playing for over a year without any problems. If you don't deal with the real cheaters, you should deal with me, a green player. I really don't understand. Please face up to my appeal.
Here are the reasons why I may be banned:
1. The instability of my home network caused me to disconnect several times in the game that night.
2. After binding Steam, my account was maliciously attacked.
I can only think of these reasons. There are no other programs on my computer, only STEAM, origin, Genshin Impact, wegame and other game software. I need a clean slate and I also need you to improve the anti cheating system because it's really terrible! The cheaters cannot detect it, and instead, green players like me have been banned. Perhaps it is your intention to make players cheat? I am very angry.
I reviewed my personal privacy information today and found that it can only be downloaded to data that has been banned since January 9, 2023. This has no reference value for me as I need to understand what my account has gone through to become this way. I hope you don't impose the death penalty on me mechanically. Let's conduct a thorough review and make some changes.
