Please help me. My APEX game account has been rolled back.

I haven't logged in to the game for a long time. Today when I logged in, I found that my game account might have been rolled back. The heroes I bought are gone, the heirlooms are gone, the hero skins...

ZSQdamowang​ If you last played before October 2023, it may be due to Cross Progression as inactivate accounts, (from what I know of), were excluded from the merge along with any accounts that was banned at any time prior to Cross Progression.
