I've been trying for 3 days to download the Apex legends on Xbox one, And the game doesn't even start to download

Do you have another Gamertag on your Xbox? If so, what happens if you log into the console with that other account and try downloading the game? I'm curious if this issue only happens on a specific user account.

What have you been seeing when you're trying to install? Does it show up under your downloads and it just isn't actually downloading?
I go to the store and press the install option, but the game never appears in the download list, even though it says "downloading"

Just to make sure, have you had the chance to try power cycling the Xbox to see if that makes any difference? You can find more info on how to do that over at the Xbox support website.
