Progress issue

Hi, I’m having an issue with my Apex Legends account.

I used to play on PS4 since launch (around 2019–2021), but after logging in on my PS5 recently, my account progress is completely reset (level, rank, and unlocked legends).

I believe my PlayStation account may not be linked to the correct EA account, or my progress is not showing.

Here is my information:

- PSN ID: Rasan_spamL2R2

- Platform: PlayStation (PS4 → PS5)

- Last time I played: around mid 2021

I can provide any verification needed (screenshots, previous purchases, etc.).

Please help me recover my original account or restore my progress.
