Progress Lost

Good Morning, or Evening

I got a small problem i first login like 2 or 3 weeks ago everything was fine,

Today i log in and still showed me lvl 47 but then i check skins and playable chars i restartet the game and now im lvl 1 and all skins i bought and played are lost. Steam linked with EA and vice versa checked both clients to be sure.

    i wonder when Missing progress from after the update on April 2 until the maintenance on April 3 will be back
