Trying here because it's been 17 days without a response from EA... I'm trying to link my PSN account to my EA account but it's already linked to an old EA account with an email that I don't hav...

What you are saying is that you do not have access to that old EA account because you do not have access to the e-mail linked to that old EA account, right?
In that case it is going to be hard to remedy.
