Purchased Apex coins with real world currency and never received them

On may 22 I purchased apex coins and never received them. I’ve waited the 24 hours, turned my Xbox off numerous times. My account was debited and I was charged.

I’ve tried contacting EA multiple times now with little to 0 response, I play apex daily and this is really concerning as I’ve never had it happen before and spent hundreds on dollars.

wondering where I can go from here, I have attached photos as proof of purchase.

    I'm afraid we are unable to review or change any account information on the forums, including adding coins.

    For this you'll need to reach out to support with your proof of purchase screenshots so they can get this cleared up for you. I do see you've edited the ones attached here which is understandable, however when you're submitting those to support please keep in mind the screenshots will need to be unedited, though support will be the only ones viewing them at that point.

    You should be able to reach out here to get in touch with support. I would be sure you're selecting the Order | Order not received options and would recommend using the chat if available from there.

    If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

    I see one case that was created from this account, though I'm not sure why that one has not yet received a reply.

    I don't see any signs of other cases being created from this account, however.

    In either case we cannot address this on the forums, so you will need to reach back out to support. I would recommend one of the alternate options mentioned in my previous post rather than email if possible.
