Another thing you could try as it has worked for me so far. Is turning off "Control Flow Guard" in windows security. Go to: Windows Security --> App & Browser Control --> Exploit Protection --> Control Flow Guard(under System Settings) --> Set CFG to "default off". DirectX12 might be the issue and this seems to be the remedy. You could couple this with a "-dx11" in the launch options(forces game to run on DirectX11. The other big one is overlays for Discord, Steam, Xbox App etc... These can cause issues as well. So disable your overlays just to be safe.
