While playing Apex Legends, I experienced severe lag and packet loss that ultimately caused the game to disconnect me mid-match. Despite not quitting voluntarily, the system penalized me by deducting 96 RP and issuing a 10-minute ban. This feels particularly unfair given that the disconnection was caused by technical issues outside of my control, likely related to server stability or my connection at the time. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review the match details and restore the 96 RP that was taken from me, as I was actively trying to play and contribute to the team when the lag hit.
