First off my friend, I think you may be posting about the wrong game "Vertex"?

Two, posting about a ban is not going to help, if you have been

banned on Apex Legends I would suggest contacting EA

through there support system, not the forums.

Information About Banned or Suspended Accounts

If you were banned without committing an actual offense

like hacking etc and it was a false positive,

contact them.
