Hey @XPSGS47,
It looks like you have at least two different EA Accounts.
The one you're posting with has the username XPSGS47.
The one in your screenshot has the username BlinkingMonster.
You'll need to try logging into Apex with the account you're currently posting from here on the forums.
Sorry, I just found that the EA app automatically logged in to the account that I was not using before. Thank you very much for your help😳
