I see that someone else had the same problem. It is so sad to hear that.
It brings tears to my eyes to think that all the things I have collected will never come back. Keep the hope mate, they definitely know how to restore these things, just have to keep pushing at them. It’s criminal, my dad is a lawyer and he’s been looking into it today and says that even small companies have backups to the cloud and such and that it doesn’t seem legal. So hopefully if I can sort this out soon we are going to look at taking action.

Have a good day.did u ever have any luck getting your skins, same happened to me...and it seems like creating a case through EA help just sends and automated message that advises you to follow steps or go back to help...endless loop of nothing. wondering if people have actually had any luck getting items back and if yes, how they did it??
