    @cUs-b_850,

    please link the Steam account to the correct EA account again and check if that fixes the issue.

  • @EA_PythiaBecause the steam platform keeps showing that the verification certificate has expired and needs to change the password, I was forced to unbind.But every time I modify it, it still shows expired credentials.

    @cUs-b_850,

    if your Steam account is encountering error messages, I would suggest contacting Steam's support to fix it.

    Generally speaking, due to cross progression, your progress should be saved on the EA account, even without Steam linked to it any more. When did you start playing Apex through Steam?

    Are you logged into the correct EA account?

  • @EA_Pythia I logged in the correct ea account, but the data was lost. Could you please help me check the data? I really love apex.

    @cUs-b_850,

    can you please answer the question regarding when you started playing Apex through Steam?

    We don't have access to account information and data here in the forum, which is why I'm asking these questions - as I said before, if unlinking the Steam account caused the issue, then relinking it most likely will solve the issue.

    When the Steam account was still linked, did you ever play through the EA app directly? If yes, were you able to play with your complete progress then?

  • @EA_Pythia Around March, it is now available to play through ea, but the data previously on steam has disappeared.

    @cUs-b_850,

    that means that this is a new EA account - so if you've been playing Apex through Steam since March, then that Steam account was linked to a different EA account. You will have to find the correct EA account that you'd been playing on and your progress should be found on there.
