According to the image provided your computer does not have or use the proper graphics card required to run the game.

The minimum system requirements are listed on https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/about/pc-system-requirements and are:

APEX LEGENDS MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 7
  • CPU: Intel Core i3-6300 3.8GHz / AMD FX-4350 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Processor
  • RAM: 6GB
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 / Radeon HD 7730
  • GPU RAM: 1 GB
  • HARD DRIVE: Minimum 22 GB of free space

As you can see, Intel graphics cards are not even listed.

    i already have directx 11.0 but it still not starting ,when it starts some loading happens and then disappear then the startup failure top ups and says i dont have directx 11.

    Tell us a solution man!!!!
