Re: Apex permanently banned and lost my gmail i use for this account

Hello @daddydomwlxxx! First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.
Answer HQ isn't just an ordinary message board or support center. It's a new approach to our community experience and a fun way of helping other players or to get answers (from players & experts)and get back in the game!

I am very sorry for your inconvenience.
I can understand your problem (#2y_playtime & #spent$_gone) and I treat it like a serious matter.

There are a few different things you asked in your Topic. I will try to answer one by one:

"i lost my gmail i use for this account": For "lost email" issue, pls see these official links:

"after i dispute my problem yesterday... they closed my case": Note that the    EA TOS team  &  EA customer support team    ara two different/separated teams. An EA agent from Contact EA can only check the TOS team's decision (for you, if you didn't get an email), but can not influence to the TOS team's judgement!

Basically the most important for you is to restore and maintain your account safety:

Make sure you do this to keep your account safe => Enable Login verification:

How to stay safe online:

Please, ask additional question! I really want to help you.

    Hey @daddydomwlxxx,

Unfortunately we're unable to review or discuss any account details on the forums, so we wouldn't be able to elaborate on a particular case status I'm afraid.

That said, if the case is now closed it would typically mean the investigation is complete.

If the account is still banned that seems likely our Terms of Service team declined any appeal, though if those notices are going to an email you're no longer able to access please feel free to reach out to our support team directly.

They should be able to check on the status of an appeal for you, as well as updating the account information if they're able to verify a bit more information with you.

  • @EA_Mako how long do typically they finish investigate? because i only dispute my problem 2-3 days ago and i saw its typically 30days before they complete the investigate

    @daddydomwlxxx
30 days is the maximum amount of time it should take, though typically it's far less.

The actual time will depend on how many other cases are in the queue ahead of yours so we don't have a more specific estimate I'm afraid.

That said, currently this should be substantially faster as it's not a particularly busy time period.

If it gets to the point where you've been waiting a week or more, or again if you wouldn't be able to see any replies due to the email issue, I'd recommend reaching out to support directly so they can take a look at the status for you.
