У меня такаяже проблема . В наушниках звук стал моно . А теперь и джойстик Controller Disconnected.
У меня джойстик Thrustmaster
Do third party controllers not work now?
I have the same problem, is there any word on why this is happening? My aftermarket wired controller doesn't work only with Apex.

Thanks for the info, everyone.
This is something we're currently investigating. In the meantime, I've heard this can sometimes help as a possible workaround:
Sign into a different account on your Xbox, then go to the Accessories menu under Settings. Reassign the controller back to your main account, then restart Apex Legends. Ваше обновление полный отстой . Вы не добавили 120 fps . Более того , уже несколько дней игра не видит джойстика . Зачем этот патч ? Вы ничего полезного не сделали . Эффект был бы намного лучше , если бы вы ничего не делали .
- @EA_Kent I have just got the same problem on my xbox series x, I have been playing fine all morning and just happened, I have tried everything, hard reset, reinstalling the game, different controllers, nothing has worked, and yet everything else works fine, just this one problem with Apex, please will this get resolved.
this has happened to me today on the series s in uk.
Okay so I tried the switching accounts thing it only works and mean this is the only way it would work for me was if I had two controllers connected at the same time switch the working controller to a guest account then take the one you want to work and then do the same thing switch it to guest let it sit for a second then switch it back your base profile then it should be fine leave both controllers connected log in to apex and then disconnect the secondary controller and hope it doesn’t happen again [CM - removed]

Hey everyone,
Thanks for the additional info.
We're still looking into this. We appreciate your patience while we're investigating. I’m using a scuff for xbox one… from what I’ve seen in other complaints this is happening to third party xbox one controllers. The only work around for now is connecting the original series x/s controller then connecting the third party xbox one controller , it works after you turn off the series x/s controller but with the unfortunate trade off of your mic not working and your teammates can’t hear you on game chat. Can’t play with my PlayStation friends cuz they can’t hear me I can only play with xbox friends on the party chat. I hop you guys get this fixed this year!!! lol
Thanks @PurpleChamPain tried this and it worked. Much appreciated. I haven't tested chat yet, but I expect I'll get the same results.
Patching aka Updating the controller software via the XBOX Settings is the ONLY thing that resolved the issue 100% for me.
- Halo Series X
- Default Controller = issue resolved
- Elite Series 1 = issue resolved
- Elite Series 2 = issue resolved

I was literally playing Apex Legends last night 3/8/22 working on my rank since the recent split... I got up to gold 1 and then went to sleep. Woke up today 3/9/22 to continue the grind and it's saying disconnected controller. When I used that same controller all year and I used it to turn on my series x and select apex legends to play. Says disconnected controller. Controller definitely works because every other game works. And I can navigate my Xbox menu just fine with it. I have a turtle beach wired controller. It seems like apex is disconnected not my controller smh.
I'm also having the controller issue. Works everywhere but apex. Sunday at the time of this reply
@taxer357Try this as a fix, it worked for me
Go to xbox settings
Go to network
Go to advanced settings
DNS settings
Select manual
8.8.8.8 as primary
8.8.8.4 as secondary
Close and open apex and it should work
Idk why it works but it does. It's Googles DNS is what I was told

I'm sorry, but I don't have any new updates on this just yet. Hopefully we'll have more news to share soon.
Your fix errors but when can we expect a proper fix?

Hey all,
The update that just went out should have fixed this.
If you're still having any trouble with your controller after installing the update please let me know. Thanks!
Quit Apex ( Xbox button, highlight, quit). Turn off controller. Turn on controller and start Apex legends, quit it again before main screen pops up. Go back to Apex. Works everytime and ivevhad this issue for months.
- @EA_Kent I am on a series x with an elite controller and this happens very often, almost to the point I'll be uninstalling apex until I hear an update back on this thread. Please fix 🙏
