This just now happened to me , the cross progression took my horizon heirloom that i bought off this years anniversary event, i was over level 100 on the second stage of levels, i had wraiths prestige skin fully upgraded now im back to tier 1 , i lost my rank n lost lots of other skins for other legends. i completely lost all the progress i had since the start of this season. I also lost my emotes. I had the season battle pass for season 20 n was on 69 levels in the battle bass, thats all tooken away.
