Re: [April 2nd] Lost account progress

To me devs are in really hot water on this one, im no tech wizard w updates, intuition tells me this is really bad for we who play/Respawn & EA. Maybe lucky few have no issues but doubt it. i can see of the friends online, accounts have nearly fully/fully reset/lost lotta progress. Ranks locked rn maybe bc theyre working on it, & yup, I lost tons of each in game currencies, multiple skins, character accolades, badges, battle pass progresses, ranks current & old reset, entire season 20 & parts of past few seasons gone etc. As if it went back a few seasons ago/about a year or so, maybe. idk how/if theyre going to be able to fix this "glitch" when it affected literally everything from earned items to items/currencies costing actual dollars. Its wild to imagine they were cool installing this update w/o knowing potential consequences. i screenshotted the cross progress msg bc i didn't fully understand, forgive me if I'm ignorant, or logically conclude what prompted em to implement this update w/ no option. don't think were gonna wake up tm/anytime soon & all will be well, who knows if they can even fix this. Suck for players better than me who lost far more from years of play time, shoot could mean financial/legal consequences & player #s dropping. Off the cuff, 1st bothered me when arenas was deleted for good w/no say from players & now this... stopped playing for awhile bc of that, now some in rotation BR maps aren't even there this season.. only played 2 years nvr experienced this lvl of drastic negatives w/ an online game, free or not. I know a lotta ppl complain about a lotta things w/ this games development, i usually don't but this is far out to see the masses take a losing hit like this. Worst case scenario rn. Best of luck to em, hope im wrong & we get the fix were looking for... hopefully reasonably quick.
