  • @mrdoom500That's the one that doesn't work, it says "SORRY THAT PAGE DOESNT EXIST" when I click on "I want to dispute my ban or suspension".

    Hey @LarryTheQueen69,

    Are you able to try opening that link in an incognito browser window or from a different browser entirely?

    That should open this page and allow you to open an email case with our ToS team directly. 

  • Hi @EA_Mako , I have tried using Chrome, Chrome incognito, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, they all gave me the same result, "page does not exist"....

    Strange, I see you're still logged in with that screenshot. Can you log out and try the link in my post?

    Incognito mode should have you logged out as well, so just give that a try before signing in.

    You'll be able to enter your account information before submitting, but I have just pulled this page up in Chrome/Incognito and Edge.
  • @EA_Mako, Ok this is a little weird but your last solution actually worked, after logging out and going in incognito mode, I was able to click on your link and get the actual dispute/ban page. Im gonna send them an email and see if everything works out. Thanks alot, this really helped me out!
