Re: ban appeal

Hey @machiiii the process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    is there really nothing i can do? please help sir this is my first time getting ban ever

    That means that after a number of independent investigations where our team found evidence to support the ban they will no longer continue to review further appeals @machiiii.

    yes however i’m not denying the ban anymore. i accept what i did was wrong and there was no mistake with me getting ban. i would just like to apologize for my disgusting behavior and for maybe the TOS team give me another chance however with a punishment like removing the ability for me to chat with other people in game. please help darko i have never gotten ban in any game before i am always nice to everyone it was only that one day

    At this stage our TOS team will not be giving you back your account @machiiii not matter what you say.

    At this point, you have exhausted all avenues.
