If an account was banned due to behavior that violates our Rules of Conduct, we wouldn't want that behavior to just continue in another game.
As the account owner you would be held accountable for that behavior regardless of which game you happened to be playing at the time.
We certainly do care about racists and bullies and will take the appropriate action when that type of behavior is reported using the proper methods.
You're welcome to appeal an account action with these steps, however keep in mind insults and derogatory remarks would violate the above Rules of Conduct and that type of behavior will not result in the action being removed.
This thread is otherwise quite old and will be locked at this point to prevent additional necroposts.
