Hi, also I'm having problems too. I can't access by loadout, skins, and legends also my stuff to buy things say -9999. Is there any way to fix this. Please Help

Hello all. This happened to me as well and I managed to get all my stuff back but my progress was reset to zero.

How I got my stuff back?

I spoke to a tech assistant and asked them to check all my email addresses I previously used. Turns out that not even realizing it, I originally opened my EA account on an old work email address and played on that account. When I bought my PS5 and had to relink my account, I did so on my personal email and linked that to my PlayStation account, not realizing it was incorrect. I then spent 2 months trying everything, not realizing the problem. I eventually got someone to check my emmails and BOOM that was the problem. I no longer had access to that old work email, but EA helped unlink that email and relink it to a new email. Then when I logged in I had ALL my cosmetics, heirlooms, EVERYTHIG back. Unfortunately through I had to start at level ZERO. But that was a small price to play.
