I restarted my client and now It says I cannot queue ranked until level 50... I've been queuing ranked all day as level 25+...

I know this is not going to be the answer you want to hear but we do have to look on the bright side of things.
So it looks like EA has fixed a ranked bug that was allowing under lvl 50 accounts join ranked matches (great they fixed it). The connectivity issue that caused you to lose ranked points was probably a part of this bug as I have personally not seen something like that before and I am a season 1 vet.
Last season the level requirement to play ranked was increase to 50.
With all that in mind you will have to get to Lvl 50 to play ranked matches, on the bright side you got to have a taste of what ranked can be like.
