The Code:Net error is more connection-related. Let's try some other troubleshooting to see if that helps at all.
A good place to start would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. If it keeps happening after that, I'd recommend checking out the PC-specific steps as well.
Let me know if you're still getting the same error message after that. Thanks!

@EA_Kent Just randomly have this problem, I restart the game turn normal but the model still can't load completely before enter the game.Also,the first game of the game start have serious fps drop , i think the reason is still loading the model.I used -preload in my advanced launch option but it doesn't work.
@EA_Kent Are you here?

Sorry about the delayed reply! Thank you for following up on this.
From what you're describing it sounds like there's a bottleneck happening somewhere that isn't allowing the game to load assets as quickly as it should. Do you have the game installed on the same storage device as your operating system, or is it installed on a different drive?
If it's on a different drive would it be possible to try moving it so that it's installed on the same drive?

@EA_Kent I installed the game in my D: driver,My another drive no enough space to install , so I try to remove some games on the same drive,Is it work?

Is that something you could try to see if it helps? If so, let me know what happens once you've had a chance to test it.

That's weird! I'm not sure why that would make a difference, but I'm glad to hear it helped. Thanks for letting us know! 👍
