Hey @AllenFeror,

You should be able to unlink your Xbox account if you go to the following link:

https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

If that doesn't work, could you describe your issue in more detail for me so I can get an idea of what the issue is?

Ah, I see the issue. You'll need to reach out to our live support team so they can take a look at this and help you unlink one (or both) of those accounts for you.
