Re: code:net error since 8.1 update

@codeleaf00,

We are aware the region is having some trouble at this time and are investigating and I unfortunately have no update as of now.

Some players reported it worked fine/better with a VPN which could mean a routing issue but we are not sure at this time.

It's important to make the distinction that this problem is not related to the mega thread related to the Code:Net issue where certain players can not log in on one of their accounts at all while others work just fine.

    @EA_Neil vpn gave me high ping i cant really check with vpn , i hv no idea what can i do unless someone can confirm what actually causing this looking at account why i get code:net error what reason is behind is it me or its server.

    @OFIS-Xyed,

    We can imagine the ping might indeed not be favorable. We believe it has something to do with the region but are not sure what as of now. I'm afraid there are currently no other workarounds that I am aware of.

    Not at all! We definitely hope this can get resolved for all of you playing. Unfortunately at this time we are not sure what's causing it and are investigating if this is something we can change or is something that changed on the connection side.

    @EA_Neil hello sir , any update on issue? i m still getting same error , vpn wont help , cant play bcz of this , any help?

    @EA_Neil @EA_Kent can you please give any update? or can you forward this to respawn or a team who will look into this and fix it? its been a month or more and not fixed , please dont ignore.

    do anyone even tried to fix it or acknowledge this issue? have not seen any official response from ea/respawn ,if it was some famous streamer this issue could have been fixed already.

    hello @EA_Neil @EA_Kent @EA_Atic its season 9 and i still get code:net , can you update on this issue ? or tell respawn about it? please dont ask me about your connectivity guide etc , i hv done everyhting already , was hoping if it will get fixed in s9 but its not.
