I usually never complain or write anything about apex's issues even when I was crashing in every game or lose tons of kps because of server issues. I'm just enjoying the game when it is not broken and buying fancy skins.. But today I really want to share my frustration about being banned for no reason. I've never used any kind of external softwares. I can't understand why some guys rolling on ranked lobbies with cheats can do this during weeks and those who are spending time and money to grind and enjoy are getting this. After my appeal got rejected I felt powerless against this unfair treatment. I sent screens about my empty ban history, clips of older gameplays.. What else can I do ??
@parkerdangaruss Same happend to me, i feel like it its somthing whit it if you dont play in a long time or some months, or its somthing wrong between origin and steam that makes the bann. I got it after som months whit not playing
Same situation here, got banned a month ago already. Submitted many tickets of appeal to the ToS but they were all denied.
Just before the ban occured I had a couple of bugged games where I was kicked out of the lobby and lost my KP or I finished under the map and I was stuck there so I had to force quit the game.
And then BAM the code snake appeared and i was permanently banned for good, marked has a cheater.
Just incredible, I'm now starting to lose the patience and the will to keep on fighting against this unjust and unfair treatment.
I will probably quit for good with Apex and give up on this matter at all, too much frustration and thoughts on something that isn't really worth wasting time.
It's a shame, I love this game and I've been playing since Season 0.
