Thanks for answer.
I'm playing on PC, Steam.
I didn't test all the servers, I guess most of JP server has same problem.
But If I change to Taiwan server, It has 100-120 pings and always maintaining that time.

    Hey @ratherplayfinals, Can you try the following to see if this continues?

    • Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
