@DiplomatDota Have a possible answer, most people going through this have had a prior apex/EA account through a ps5 or Xbox and when you switch from origins to EA (which everyone had to do on pc) you have to pick a last save or last backup and in doing so, a lot of people accidentally picked a save that they had through the same EA account but from a console, and you can’t play a last save from a console on a pc, resulting in a data mismatch, happened to me and 2 people I know and this was the issue of the error code “disconnected data mismatch” hope this was of some help

  • @BC4PANDA I've never played Apex on a console or device other then my PC - so not sure this is the case for everyone.

    @TTV_RedAndFoxy Yea I chose the wrong cloud save now EA says I’ll have to make a new account, as I can’t retrieve my old save
  • @BC4PANDA there was one huge issue with that theory. The community manager that posted on this thread cited that it was a server sided issue

    @TTV_RedAndFoxy That’s weird as it happened the second my friend and I chose the wrong save file after swapping to the EA launcher, I hope it’s a server thing so it can be fixed tho, would suck to lose all that progress
