Thanks @wheelchairbuddha, that's definitely a bit odd.

I do see you had opened a live chat with support a little before your most recent cases, with some concerns that a recent email change may have been preventing you from seeing the updates.

Can you try resuming that case rather than your most recent? That was case 179449994. As that was already a live chat it may give that same option when reaching back out. 

If you still don't have an option there, I'd try creating a new case using those same options to get back in touch through live chat as you'd done about a week ago.

If needed, try to create a new case here and select Game Support > EA account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account. You should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can help with any account updates that may be needed and check into the missing coins from that point.

    its a constant cycle of clicking one link and it sends you to another page which refers back to the prior page, like when you click "resume case" it doesnt get resumed, i have been waiting for contact from ea now for 4 days about apex coins purchases and at this rate im never gonna get the items which i have paid for. in other words EA have scammed me pretty much. now currently there is not a single way to access ea live chat no matter which "topic" you click even if you have had your account hacked all it does is link to a help page and not actually a form of support.

    many people have the same problem but ea have never acknowleged it or tried to make a fix for it and with the increase lack of support its almost impossible to get the item you bought. Ive attached some screenshots of the items ive bought and still havent received

    Hey @o72d,

    What happens if you try using the contact options in my previous post? I just tried going through those steps again and am seeing a live chat option with those topics.

    I've removed the attachments in your post since we cannot address those on the forums, and as these are publicly visible to everyone it's best to avoid sharing anything with specific account or purchase details shown.

    Can you try the options listed above? If you're unable to create an additional case from your account that may also occur if you've recently created a large number of cases. If you're unable to resume these, try logging out before going through the steps listed above to create a new case.

    If you're logged out while doing so, you'll receive a prompt to sign in, or to Continue without logging in. Try selecting that option with the above steps.
