We're unfortunately not able to look into bans here on the forums, but if you looked it up and it doesn't have an end date then it's highly likely that your ban is permanent, especially if this isn't the first time they've had to action your account.
You can still always raise a dispute if you'd like by contacting our terms of service team through the webform in this article:
