I cant resume my case, and ea wont let me contact them any other way. Its really irritating since i think i've just lost 20 euro...
I can send in a picture of my purchase history.

Unfortunately we can't help with missing content and the like here on the forums, but have you tried reaching out via a chat instead? There are plenty of support options that give you the option to start one.
Yup, i have had about 4-5 chats and all of them blame it on steam. Steam has actually responded to my stuff and said its because ea couldnt cooperate with their transactions.

Please update me on the progress. I seem to be experiencing the same issue. The transaction was successful, and the money was deducted from my Steam wallet, but the in-game currency has not been credited. I tried topping up again, but the problem persists.
