I'm afraid nothing can really be done here on AHQ to assist with this matter.

Personally I'd recommend 2 things:

Repair the game files

It's possible that for some reason the game is bugging out (Which yeah, does happen every so often with thees cases)

You'll have to repair the game via Origin or Steam, I'm not sure if it'll fix it but it's worth a try.

Contact Support

If repairing didn't fix it then I'd assume this is an issue with the account itself, which EA will probably have to look into.

Since one of your cases is still open, I'd recommend waiting for a reply.

Note that a response usually takes around 72 hours, though it can extend to around 30 days if unlucky.

Opening a new case wouldn't really speed up the process, though if your current open case is related to something else then I'd recommend making a new case for this exact issue.
