Hey, @Lx333, for refunds or any Account related is not something we can help with on AHQ because of the nature of account security.  I see that you where to redirect here from support, unfortunately, It's not something we will be able to assist with and something you need talk to our support again.

    Wow this is just like the pass the buck game you get with helpdesk in any firm, @Lx333 you might need to make a consumer complaint.

    Please stop spreading misinformation @F340BD.

    Hey @Lx333 when it comes to any account related matters we are unable to help on AHQ as in order to investigate your issue you need to verify that you are the account owner which is something we cannot do on AHQ. If you speak with our live support team they will advise you of what can be done.
