Re-install frequently

I have downloaded and installed Apex several times. It seems like either it's Windows patches or your your patches that causes the game to crash. It crash before the picture where you click to enter ...

Looking through the DxDiag I noticed that you've got quite a few storage devices connected to your PC. Do you have Origin and your game library installed on the same drive? If not, could you try uninstalling Origin and reinstalling it so that they share the same storage device? I've seen cases where having them installed on separate drives can cause some weird issues.
