I finally got my account merged and when i logged in, my pc account merged with my ps account which was lower level, thus losing all my skins and progression from ps. Is there any way I can get my ps account back and merged to pc because as of now, all the ps data has been lost. I thought it was supposed to take from highest level.
My issue occurred initially by swapping EA accounts on my Xbox profile.
now the account i am on shows nothing, there should be skins, badges etc.
I’ve seen you mention a few times how the EA accounts won’t merge but I wondering why this account I’m on (which is my original account) doesn’t show any items.
You responded my merge isn’t complete but from what I’m reading I don’t have anything to merge.
Hello i got the cross progression prompt switched it on then said login it gave disconnect client information mismatch error as shown in the photo.
