Hi @dyxzw1,
You would need to try re-linking your PlayStation account back to its original EA Account.
If that was linked to that account back when Cross Progression was implemented last year and just recently unlinked to try moving it, you'll likely be able to restore access to that progress by re-linking the original accounts. - Dyxzw12 years agoSeasoned Newcomer
Hello, I really appreciate your help but one last question when I want to link my PlayStation account with the original EA account I can't since the PlayStation account is linked to the new EA account and to unlink the PlayStation account from the new EA account It asks me to wait a few months. Is there any way to shorten the waiting time or unlink it before that time?
If I delete the EA account it will automatically unlink or not? - EA_Mako2 years ago

Hi @dyxzw1,
It would be best to reach out to the support team directly using the link on the previous page of this thread.
They would be able to take a look and see if there's any other way to get that link moved for you before that 6-month timer is up.
Deleting the account would not free up any linked platforms. I linked my Playstation account to my EA account to try to get all my progress moved over to PC. It ended up moving everything from my PC to Playstation which was very minimal content. When I try to unlink them it says I have to wait 6 months. I've created cases but the EA website would not connect me with an advisor and whenever I go to revisit a case it gives me the option the resume my case but then just directs me to an FAQ article that does not help. I clicked the link on the previous page but it just goes to the EA main help page which is no help. It's a pretty frustrating system. How can I unlink my account without waiting 6 months if I can't get in touch with anyone?
