I’m sorry, I got confused for a bit there. I had just woken up. I understand now. Thank you so much lol. I’m glad to find out that I can use my main steam and EA accounts together without any issues. I’ve talked with two different people from EA and they couldn’t quite understand my issue, but you’re the MVP.

Just remember that 2 different EA Accounts cannot be merged.
Whatever platform account you want to use to merge your accounts just to play on that system and linked it under your main EA Account, you're eligible to do so To be clear, I am okay to unlink my Steam from the EA account that I do not need, then link it to the one with my heirlooms, skins, etc and be good to go? 😂

Yes, you can unlink your Steam account and link it to your main EA Account that has your platform with all your progress 😛 I apologize for asking for clarification so much lol, I am just very worried about possibly screwing all my progress up!

No need to apologize. I am here to help you in anyway I can.
The only way you'll lose progress is if you unlinked your main platform account (whatever system you're using that has all your progress) from your main EA Account and linked it to another, it will result to progression loss. It worked! Only one issue! My level is 1? 😂 I was level 500?

What platform do you have that has all of your progress? And is that platform account under your main EA Account? Xbox is the platform all the progress is on. It’s linked to my main EA account and was never unlinked at any point in time. I haven’t played since Newcastle came out. On my steam account that is now linked to that EA account I have my skins and stats, just level 1.

And of course, you didn't receive the prompt in the main menu before logging into the lobby on Apex Legends?
If you did not, then cross progression hasn't got to you yet. But eventually, you will and once it does, keep us posted. 🙂 I did get the prompt for cross progression. I have my stats and skins from my Xbox account on my steam account, it’s just that my account level is now 1. Is that a bug? I’m almost okay with the grind lol.
I also noticed I don’t have the founders pack or starter pack on my steam account! i went and checked my order history on my Xbox account and they are both there.

Probably a bug in this case. Just wait until further notice and hopefully the Dev Team can assess the situation. Do I wait for a reply here or open a case? I won’t play a game until then.

No need to open a case for this matter.
Usually, you'll receive an update on the game and the Community Managers will eventually post what the patch notes are. Am I good to play Apex being level 1? When they look into hopefully they can work it all out, yeah? I’ve been waiting to play for days now. 😂
