Hey @aguapichi,

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. It sounds like that may be what you're running into now.

You would need to re-link each platform to its original EA account to try restoring access to any missing content. We have some additional information about this particular situation in our blog and guides below, but if you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.

    So I was able to login to my apex account with my my stuff should I Link it to my steam to get all of my missing stuff on pc? Or do I link it back to PlayStation?

    The thing also is I don’t play on PlayStation anymore so that’s why I’m trying to pass all of my stuff over to pc Steam

    Sorry for the fourth reply, I’m trying to link my ea account to my PlayStation account and it’s saying that my other Ea account (the one with nothing in it) is already linked to it. As I’m trying to login to that ea account it’s logging me in to my ea account with all my stuff and I can’t seem to login to the account with nothing to unlink from there and then link it to the right account. I really need help I wish there was a phone number I can use to talk to someone cause I’m not the best typer but I’m pretty good at explaining the problem, person to person.
