Re: Lost All Content - Cloud Save Overwrite

Hi @EA_cuervo and thanks for the help. I have not activated Cross-progression; I only play on PC. I did not see a prompt about that either, only a prompt about cloud/local saves.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can try. Thank you.

    Do you remember when was the last time you played the game and had your progress?

  • This worked. To anyone who finds this thread later, there was an update on April 2, 2024 that resulted in some Apex accounts being reset. Try to find a helpful EA Community Manager on the forum who can assist you in reverting. It only takes a moment from their end. Note that any account changes after April 2nd will be gone but everything before April 2nd will be restored. Thank you EA_cuervo.

    EA_cuervo​ hi, so i'm about to choose the saved data location but i dont know which one that contains my accounts. I played apex since 2019 untill 2022 on origin, then i started playing it again on steam but i played with different account. Then i linked the steam account into my origin account. Right now, i don't know which one should i choose, wether its local or cloud. Can you please help me out? i already unlink my steam account, and i want to regain the progress from my latest origin account.
