An advisor should be able to replace those coins, but you'll need to wait 24 hours to see if they show up first.   • I have tried that. I contacted Support through EA website. They keep denying me due to Sony's new website layout. Once they get past that, they say the images I have uploaded were in the wrong format and can't help. I have uploaded using jpeg and png but still got denied my coins. I followed all the instructions they told me. No phone Screenshots, everything done through laptop and Ps5 Screenshots. 😔

  • The same issue is happening to me, second time in 2 months coins haven't appeared for several days, submitted case on monday with proof of purchase and still haven't gotten a response or my coins. I've also reached out on twitter. Can you please help me, I'd like to get them before the event ends.

  • I have the same issue. Have tried all suggested solutions and have also raised a case (126278946). This has been incorrectly marked as "Fixed" (so I reopened the case) - I've heard NOTHING from the support team at all - it's really shockingly poor. How can I contact the support team/someone who can help directly? I've tried tweeting, emailing, responding on the case directly. Case now says "In Progress" but the LEAST you could do is give me an update - after all, you have my money and I have no product.

    TBH this is not the first issue I've had - previously my EA account was accidentally linked to a different PSN account, and when I switched back this resulted in my losing hundreds of pounds worth of content. You were really no help at all in resolving that either. Hopefully someone will respond on this as otherwise I'm out of ideas as to how to actually get you to do anything at all about this. Please respond.

    FWIW - I finally got this sorted, but only after receiving a response to my tweet and a subsequent Twitter message conversation. Turned out that I hadn't supplied the correct screenshots to prove purchase (mobile screenshots aren't accepted for some reason) - not that anyone had communicated that to me. I was eventually provided a link which specified the details I needed to provide: https://t.co/SlHORf246g. Once I did this, the dude I was speaking to over messaging added the missing coins. Hope this helps.

  • @EA_Aljo hi,Im missing 11500 apex coins ,No matter how I upload the proof of purchase , the customer service always thinks that the images I provide are edited and cannot be verified. I don't know why, but they do exist on my steam bill. I haven't got coins for more than 48 hours. I had a ban record before. This is the first recharge after the ban. Is that why I can't get coins correctly
  • Hey I sent in every thing I’ve been asked to and I still haven’t gotten anything it was $100 and that’s a lot of money just to receive nothing and then get brushed off.

  • This doesn't help, they are now telling all customers to wait and I've waited months for some of the coins I'm owed... they don't honour the coins you have PAID for and there is still no way to get them any other way unless the developer hurry up and fix it. It should be first priority considering how much money is basically being stolen at this point. I have proven purchases multiple times plus I completed all of season 15 challenges and yet never recieved the coins owed for that either. It's a total farce that waiting works no matter how long and this help page and the technical support are useless at getting it sorted. Something seriously needs to be done because I see countless people putting up with the same issue with none of them being correctly reimbursed the coins. FIX THIS EA!! It's beyond ridiculous!! 

  • An Advisor doesnt know what to do. I keep getting new ones for every response. ITs like they dont have organization.

  • hi, i'm also having the missing coin issue, but i also dont have an option to speak with anyone about it when i try to start a new case it just tells me to check here and i cant get in contact with anyone about it

  • I need help with this exact issue, I have brought 4000 apex coins and have recieved 0. I want them to buy the battle pass before it expires as I’m level 90!

  • My coins have not came back and this will be the second time I’ve lost money bc the game doesn’t give them to me. This is ridiculous lmao I play the game but still robs me. Come on man.

    I spent 40$ on coins but never received them, very disappointed when I don’t make that much money, and there isn’t support. Please somebody help me

  • @EA_Aljo I’ve bought over 50$ of apex coins over 4 weeks ago and out in over 20 apex cases and finally I got a live chat with some employe and sent fully picture proof like he asked and he said his team can’t give me the coins for an reason he said he couldn’t tell me I already contacted PlayStation 2 times and they said it was ea problem
  • @EA_Aljo Can u help me pls I’ve been missing my coins for 4 weeks made over 23 cases and finally today I got a live chat with them and they said I can’t get the coins even tho I gave them full screen proof of the purchases this game is really sad scamming people for money

  • Yeah, this doesn't work. I've had cases open since June when I purchased coins back in May and never received them. Multiple cases open prior to that and they were closed with 0 explanation. Got told the usual "It's been over 30 days". Well it wouldn't have been 30 days if EA just solved my issue and I received the product I purchased. Absolute robbed me.

  • Hello community manager! I myself have been dealing with this issue all day and have been over the 24 hour time that you guys request. Every person I have talked to says they aren’t able to do anything about it, and I’m pretty much just out of luck I guess. My case number is 187960292, if you’re able to help out, that would be very much appreciated.
