yet another bump
G'day everyone, and hopefully someone over at Respawn.
My name is Neo and this is the 5th time I attempt to get ahold of someone to solve this issue. I have tried EA support, I have tried the forums, but I have been left in the dark on both ends.

As stated back then too, I need help, I have lost parts of my Heirloom package for Wraith. My items were given back to me after EA accidentally deleted my account, but in their folly they delivered an unfinished pack. Making me lose out on 2/3 items from my Wraith Heirloom pack (as seen below).
I still own the weapon, and my items for Bloodhound are all there, but for some reason the heirloom section of the store mocks me with this;

If anyone could provide an answer, I'd be very thankful, but no, EA support has so far done little than suggest I post here.

Hey @DI_Ethereal please do not create multiple threads for the same issue.

Hey @DI_Ethereal AHQ is a global community focused on players helping players.
If you require direct 121 support or to speak with an EA employee then our live support is the best avenue for that.
We CMs do our best to respond to as many posts as we can it can happen that we don't get to all, we see tens of thousands of posts a year and as you can imagine it's easy for a post to get lost.
Darko - @EA_Darko Darko, my friend. It's a puzzling issue and I've tried to be plenty patient but I've been juggled around by your direct support and thrown for a loop.
Outsourcing phone calls & agents to foreign call centers and squeezing any direct line to Respawn must be the single most frustrating thing to deal with as a customer. All this time and yet, no help, nada. Just apologies and redirections. - EA_Darko4 years ago

Hey @DI_Ethereal I'm going to lock this thread. I understand that you are frustrated but when posting on AHQ please do so in a polite and constructive manner.
I would ask that you not continue to create threads for this issue as there is nothing more that we can do on AHQ to assist you.We will pass your bug report on.
